TERMS AND CONDITIONS NCT India

The sale of our products and provision of our services are subject to these Terms and Conditions of sale (Terms) Depending on the product that you are purchasing additional Terms and Conditions may also apply (additional terms). We may revise these Terms at any time without notice then in force at the time of your purchase of our product and use of our services will apply.

1. Purchase 

1.1 Once an order has been accepted by us no cancellation of order will be accepted  except as set out in these Terms & Conditions. Your payment and / deposit are non-refundable.

1.2 The sale of product is subject to the availability and safe arrival in warehouse. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product you have ordered is unavailable. In the event the product you ordered is unavailable, a refund of the sum or deposit that you have paid for the product will be made to you.

1.3 Lead time is estimated on experience and current commitment from our suppliers. However, due to factors beyond our control such as general or freight delay and adverse weather or strikes. we cannot and do not guarantee lead times.

1.4 the representation and description of the product and other advertising or marketing materials (Collectively) Advertising materials) are for illustrative purposes only and differ from actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on site. Some products may have associated images or photo. These are for reference only and should be considered illustrative.

2. Payment

2.1 Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing any payment made to us shall be forfeited if there is a failure to accept the delivery of the product or failure to make the payment of any balance amount, if any before the delivery of the Product.

2.2 It has been agreed that all the payment for the Products shall be made in advance. We accept 50% payment upon ordering MTO Sofas. The 50% of the full purchase price shall be paid no later than fifteen (15) days before delivery of the product is scheduled.

3. Delivery

3.1 The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchased item can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external points, lift access and all doorway measurements. Additional charges will be borne by customers should there be a need for re-delivery or labour costs incurred for shifting, clearing space for furniture placement. In the event that accessibility causes delivery to be unsuccessful the order will then be cancelled, and a 25% restocking fee will be applied.

3.2 State case charges applies to non-lift accessible level. Fees also apply to indoor staircases of landed property. Check in store for more complete information on charges. New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.   delivers to, most locations in India but there may be extra surcharge incurred for no-delivery zones.  Delivery time may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances like weather condition, traffic etc. In such cases the delivery team will make its best effort to notify customers of any possible delays.

3.3 The price of delivery services does not include disposal services i.e., removing used furniture and other items from your premises. Any disposal request should be raised to us on the order date, and we are entitled to charge for such disposal requests at prevailing rates. Delivery of your new furniture could be delayed if the request for disposal services is not made at the point of ordering.

4. Receiving of Order

4.1 You or your appointed representative is required to sign for the delivery at the agreed delivery address and date. In the event that there is no one to sign for the delivery of the product at the designated time and address, additional charges will be incurred for subsequent attempts to deliver the product are required.

4.2 Any defect or non-conformance must be notified immediately and noted on your delivery order which is presented to you or your appointed representative for signature. Your signature will be taken as acknowledgement that product was received free from damage, in a good and acceptable condition.

4.3 If the purchased product is not collocated or delivered within one (1) month from ready collection date (Product Ready Date) we shall be entitled to charge insurance and storage charges at prevailing rates up to the day you collect the product or arrange for delivery. If the purchased product is not collocated or delivered within the specific time period, we reserve the right to forfeit your purchase and your deposit.

4.4 Should there be any defects, please inform our customer info.brands@newcentury.global and call on 7349781862 no later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery and allow our team to get back within three (3) working days.

5. Exchange and Returns

5.1 All payments made for our furniture products are non-refundable.

5.2 New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.  Offers 7 days return policy for all regular priced and ready stock items, except for made -To-Order sofas. However, all returns are subject to 25% restocking fee and delivery costs must be borne by customers.

6. Product Limited Warranty

6.1 New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd. warrants that their product be free from manufacturing defects for a specific length of time from date of purchase. Warranty period vary by product and starts from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product and/or parts that has manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. Valid only for the original residential address of which of the products were first delivered when purchased. If you have received our product(S) with material manufacturing defects either of workmanship or materials and out of acceptable variances as found in the user manual and Warranty Guide. New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd. will pay for and its sole discretion reasonable and customary labour rate to repair or replace at its option, any of the parts found upon examination by representative of New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd. to contain material manufacturing defect. New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.  decision on all issues relating to defects either of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. If within the warranty period, identical materials are unavailable at the time of repair or replacement. We reserve the right to subscribe materials of equal or better quality. Any decision to repair or have parts /items replaced shall be New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.  sole discretion. This warranty dose not cover products used for commercial purposes. All references to customer’s home in this limited warranty refer to the original point of delivery address located in India. New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.  reserves the right to adjust the price for customer labour rates, shipping costs and conditions without notice or permission from any party. 6.2 to the extent permitted under law, our maximum aggregate liability to you. Whether in contract (including negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(S) purchased.

By providing my personal data to you, I consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and transfer of my personal data in accordance with the New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd. I hereby acknowledge that I have been informed of all Terms and Conditions pertaining to my New Century Trading India Pvt. Ltd.   purchase and as stated on this Sales Order.
